The Design School is a private school setup in 1993 to help people capture their creative talent and gain the skills and qualifications needed to enter design courses at diploma and degree level or to launch their design career. The Design School is New Zealand’s leading Foundation Design School.
For nearly 30 years we have helped hundreds of students build their creative talents and develop them into successful careers in the creative industries. The courses provide the skills to be successful in any of the creative disciplines. Projects focus on Drawing, Graphic Design and Digital Media or Fashion Design and Textiles.
Graduates can progress onto degrees in these areas or many other creative disciplines. Regardless of previous achievements, creative students at The Design School can gain the qualifications and portfolio they need to progress onto the degree course of their choice.
